I dislocated my arm?

there's problem when lasting of dislocation,
it means the labrum of ur shoulder is torn, the 1st time u disloacte ur soulder is the prob, coz its so rough and hard to rearticulate it by urself, but later if dislcation happenes again and again, each time require smaller number force to be dislocated less throbbing and u can easly rearticulate it, its obvious u enjoy bankart's leasion, at which the labrum of ur shoulder is torn and thats the probm if this contenue to happen u ll hold urself irreversble damge, u need bankart's repair for ur labrum, to prevent further dislocation, if u perceive haematoma distal to ur clavicle u need to run to a doctor, the most serious entry could happen is injury to subclavien artry. if u consistency any numb or ur color is pale. haematoma, u may own internal haemorrhage,, if u notice nought abnormal ur fine, of late use arm sling for 2 weeks,, and NSAID.s ( non steriodal anti inflamatory drugs ) but belive me as u have redislocation u r labrum is torn, and call for repair.. don't ignore it, u may hold ur supraspinatus tindinitis. all this ll hinder ur movement thus u ll complain inpengment and froozen shoulder,, im a physical therap and i been through adjectives this and still suffring labrum tear i didnt enjoy the opration coz i have hyper mobility which formulate the opration useless, soooo the choice is urs,
