Stabed with a knife through the arm.pull it out or leave it in until at the hospital?

Question:
If You Were Stabed through your right arm with an about 12 in. blade, would you pull it out or leave it in there and let the hospital take care of it first??!!

Answers:
LEAVE THE KNIFE IN . I hate hospitals but if I had that type of injury I would leave it in and let them treat me . Seriously. You should leave it alone and have someone else drive you. If you cannot find someone else to do so, call 911 for an ambulance. Even the EMTs are better skilled than yourself to deal with this. You should leave it in because like everyone else here has told u, if you pull it out u could bleed out severely and risk bleeding to death or serious nerve damage to the point where u won't be able to use your arm (or whichever body part sustained the injury). You have to be really stupid to pull it out and take a risk like that... you could be risking ur life.
Put tape around three sides of it and have someone drive you to the hospital.
i would leave it til you get to the hospital but i would call an ambulance first and let them deal with it cause you can do more damage pulling it out your self
are you stupid ?!leave it i nand call the hospital dont drive it could move and cause bleeding !
Leave it in. When you pull it out you could nick your artery and then you're screwed.

good luck though
Absolutely leave it in your arm. Taking it out will allow the blood to flow and you could bleed to death before you reach the hospital. Allow the professionals to take it out where there is also blood transfusions should you need them. Never ever take a puntcure object out of your skin!!
I am an EMT. Leave it in, absolutely - apply pressure to the exterior and keep it elevated (hold it to your chest, just above your heart) as much as possible, then let the doctors remove it. Doing it yourself could cause SERIOUS nerve damage!
Leave it. Pulling it out will do more damage.
you HAVE to leave it in or you could bleed to death
Twist and pull.
Leave it in! Go now!! If you take it out and an artery was cut that blade dcould be the only thing keeping it from bleeding severely. I'm sure about this...been a paramedic for 27 yrs!
leave it in to control bleeding and further damage. bandage around the knive and arm to stabilize it for transportation.
let the hospital handle it. I hope the person's ok
leave it in, you might get your artery cut or something, or you might've cut something serious and the knife could be something jamming it
Leave it there and let the hospital take it out. If you pull it out, you could end up doing more damage to the area. Let the experts handle it.
lol random question, i would leave it in, just to be safe i mean it couldn't get any worse leaving it in, but pulling it out might make you lose more blood or even cuts a main vain, leave it in let the doctors take take of it.
LET THE HOSPITAL TAKE CARE OF IT.
i was watching opera, and they say if something like that happens to you, you should just keep it in, cause if you try and take it out you might damage things even worse (:
you should call 911. and leave it in. you could end up causing more damage if you try to pull it out
LEAVE IT IN! cuz if u take it out it will bleed more and u could make it worse and it could get infected and it would hurt worse! so keep it in have someone call 911 or have someone drive u to the hospital but LEAVE IT IN AT ALL COSTS!
