Aching knee?
Question:
I was playing my Playstation today while I was sitting with one knee bent under the other leg..Because of the position of my furniture. Sort of like the number "4" shape.
After I was finished playing I began to walk and felt loosness in my knee. There wasnt much pain, but my knee cap felt looser than usual.
After a while it went away.
I resumed playing my game later that day. And it still feels loose up til now...about 4 hours later.

Does not sound anything like arthritis. More like a hyper-extension that should go away soon.
that doesn't sound like arthritis to me. as far as i know it has to do with pain due to inflammation.
I had the same sensation and I went to the Doctor and I had a torn Miniscus. I just had surgery and I also had a torn Ligament. It was very painful nut the Surgeon did microscopic surgery where there was three small holes on my knee and 2 stitch on each hole. Right now my knee is swollen but it already feels better. The whole procedure took 1 hour and was done as an outpatient.
