AHHHH! im in pain!! HELP!!?
Question:
for a longggg time ive been going to the gym and when i do free weights, bench press or biscept curls, my wrist bone HURTSSSSS! i cant lift heavy weights, it feels like my hand is going to snap off, its not the weight i can handle that is my wrist, i wrap it and where gloves that cover my wrist but it only helps a little
i dont think its because i have weak bone or anythin like that, please if you have any ideas help (i posted this Q BEFORE NOBADY ANSWERED)

well...it happened to me before. i felt a little pain in my wrist when i was doing benchpress...i stopped for about two weeks and start wearing wristguards and it's all fine now
maybe you got some bone chips in there...try increasing the weight it will crush the chips into powder so they can dissolve in your blood.
I have tendonitis in my wrists and they get that feeling when I do strenuous work with them...might be something to look into...When it gets really bad, I can't even turn a page in a book
