I really have a problem with my achilles heel, its sore , everyonce in a while when I move it?

Question:
Its not plantar fanchitis I know that, so culd it be a slight tear or what?

Answers:
Have you ever rolled your ankle badly. I had a same problem, all i did was stretch my foot. i sit up on my bed grab my toes and them strechted my foot by pulling it toward me. If you feel this hurts then go to a doctor, your may need orthodics to strengthen your ankle.
If you've been active during a recent time you might have damaged the muscle, which is nothing to worry about. However, if it has been aching too long, seek medical help, because a friend of mine, during a play, took an injury to his leg and discovered his achilles heel was ripped.
I know nothing about this, but I have started togging, jogging only on my toes, to avoid banging my heels and hurting my knees.
I made up that word, Tog (toe jog)
as for plantar fanchitis I have absolutely no idea unless your speaking of some kind of planters warts? I understood that an Achilles heel was someones fatal weakness, and the metaphor is derived from mythology. Some legend about an invincible man because when he was born his mother dipped him in a river of magical powers giving him invincibly, but she held him by the heel of his foot and it did not get covered by the water, and in later life he died when shot by an arrow through the heel of his foot..
Perhaps if your having foot problems it might be good to see a doctor? :)
