How bad should this hurt?

Question:

ok so ive had pain in my right testicle, the only symptom i have is the pain, but not swollen or nausea, i have been researching and found torsion, where it gets twisted around, but it says excruciating pain. Do you think i have this, or is it just pain, and im thinking the worst possible thing, meaning its phsycological?

but yea that happend to me for a while too but it went away and i havent had any issues since

its probably a lil bit of both, physcologiccal and physical pain

but i would get it checked out just to make sure

The worst possible thing is testicular cancer that goes untreated.

do you wear boxers or underwear, or go commando, if you do boxers or commando try some form fitting undies, its possible that one of your gonads is descending, happend to hubby and once he started wearing undies instead of boxers he felt better, good luck!
