Low back and hip pain?
Question:
Answers:
I have also had lower back pain most of my adult life. The surgeries are going to affect you back, because it is well known that the abdominal muscles support the back, especially lower. If I understand you have had these muscles cut so they are no longer doing their job of supporting your back. I do crunches which have helped my lower back. I also make sure that I consciously bend my knees so that my legs take the weight of my body. This is what the legs were designed for, not the back. When doing crunches start our with 5 then add one per week or every 3 days. This will help you lower back.
