Spine soreness?

Question:
My spine (mid-back) has been feeling sore lately and it doesn't seem to go away, anyone know what might be the cause and how to get rid of that feeling?

Answers:
Hard to say whats causing it, here's some stuff to try: Stretches, exercise (working the abs helps support the back), massage, chiropractor, hot baths with epsom salts, accupuncture. Good luck.
it might be scoliosis (curvature of the spine). my back was sore for the longest time so i finally went to the doctor and they x-rayed my back and told me i had minor scoliosis. it can be treated with a brace if its bad enough, but most likely they'll just watch your spine development over a couple months if you have it.
