Question:
Okay, at some point this year i plan to get 6 screws and a plate removed from my left leg. They are right next to my ankle joint, and the reason i have them in the first place is because i broke my foot off of my leg and my foot shifted. I was wondering when i get them out if it will hurt nearly as bad as that? And how long would i be on crutches, if i have to use them?
Answers:
I'm sure that there will be pain, but I'm not sure about how bad- I don't think it would be as bad as when you had them placed and had a broken ankle. I would suggest talking to the doctor about your questions and concerns. Good luck.
Please ask your Dr. these questions he would be the one to trust for correct answers. I'm sure it won' t be as bad as when you broke it!
