My right side of my head is always hurting i even get a pain in my top row of teeth on my right side, im a little worried because about 2 weeks ago i was hit in the right side of my head with a rebar just above my ear can anyone help me?

you might of slightly bruised the brain near your temporal lobe. which is where the 2nd weakest part of the skull is located with the first being your occipital lobe. please refer to you family physician. good luck
You should go and see a doctor. You may have a facture or concussion.

It sounds like to me that you may possibly have a mild concussion. I would seek medical attention.
