I have water trapped in my ear. Any suggestions for getting rid of it?

Question:
I went for a swim after work and it has now been inside my ear for 9 hours. I normally put little plugs in to stop this happening, but today I left them at home. How do I get rid of it?

Answers:
Lie down on the side of the bothered ear. Try to maintain position for at least an hour. If it doesn't work, call physician. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN YOUR EAR. You can give yourself more problems than you even wanna know about it.

Something I love to have done is candling. A hollow candle is inserted into the ear and lit at the top. It creates a vacuum in the ear and pulls out debris and doesn't hurt at all. It was invented by the Amish, who still use it to this day.

Hope you feel better soon!
Put some vegetable oil in your ear...it will come out...
hydrogen peroxide

its funny..it bubbles for like an hour
For example,if it's in your left ear, tilt your head to the left and pull down on your left ear lobe and wait. It will come out slowly.
Jump up and down on one leg while tilting your head so the ear with water in it is facing towords the ground and pat the the other ear.
have someone blow in other ear.... maybe a q tip,, blow dryer
when you go to sleep lay down on the side of the ear that has the water in it. it should come out before you wake up.
a little warm oil and lay your head on a pillow or swim ear works for me. you can get it at any drug store and it works good
use a q-tip never ever put veg-oil or proxide in your ear it could do more harm than having the extra water in your ear. or go to a doctor and have them cleaned out and checked for infection if you are that bothered by it
