I got to work and my belly is hurting, And i am tired, How can i procure rid of the ache?

Answers:    Get some pepto bismol on your road to work and a couple of paracetamol. Don't take aspirin or ibuprofen as it will simply make it worse as it irritates your stomach.My fiance other swears by a cup of tea too.
