Yes, going to a dermatologist would be the best option at this point. I went to one recently and she gave me a cream that is really easy to use; just apply it to the places you have acne before bedtime, then wash your face the next morning. I just got it last week and I'm already seeing results. They'll evaluate your skin and decide what product is best for YOU.
