you may be anemic. it is common in young women, and it means you have a lack of iron in your system. talk to your doctor about it. i am anemic as well, and i was always tired and worn out too, no mattter how much rest i got. the key is getting more iron into your diet, such as red meat, green leafy vegetables, and taking iron pills. but, as said, talk to your doctor
really does sound like sleep apnea. I was the same way and had a sleep test done and found i stopped breathing something like 25 times during the night. I wear a mask most nights now, it's kinda annoying but worth it. Do people complain at all that you snore?
I thought you could have mono by reading the first couple lines. Everyone had mono when I was younger in High school. Anemic, thyroid problems, not enough nutrition in your diet or diabetic. Could be A LOT of things really. I suggest you get checked out.
Its because the aliens are coming to you at night and probing you. You don't remember it because they give you a shot to make you forget
It could be anything from your diet to anemia to stress to whatever else. Go to the doctor. He or she can do blood tests to rule out a lot of things. Try to avoid overstimulation in the meantime. Avoid lots of tv and computer time. Listen to mellow music. Take a bubble bath. Just relax.
Three good energy boosters are chlorophyll, barley grass and wheatgrass.

I thought it might be mono too.
However... eventually... i began to change my diet a little... ate less beef... more fish and leaner meats.
