What are these sores near groin and upper thigh?

Question:
they started around my groinal area but have since moved down to upper and inner thigh but still mostly stay like in the crease between my leg and groin. i have had a couple in side of butt cheek too. they are about the size of a quarter and a little larger sometimes. they are pink and will come in twos like ill get one on upper leg and one near groin, then a week or so after they are gone two more will come up. idk they are even there until i see it (no feeling) but as soon as i scratch it, it itches like crazy but it hurts to scratch. i try to squeeze them but it hurts a lot and stays so sore and tender. the sores are hard but the skin is normal it feels like an object under the skin. they leave dark skin spots after they fade away. i have squeezed one hard enough some white pus came out thats all but it didnt go away. im 18 and male. thanks for your answers. no 'go see your doctor' answers i already know that. p.s. its not genital warts because its not on my genitals.

Answers:
you could have HPV even without the more common genital warts that people these days associate with the disease. Large, open sores are common in many STD's and as you requested, ill not advise you to go to the doctor. However, i will mention that simply being tested for STDs as opposed to an expensive doctor visit, at least for starters will serve to possibly (probably) solve your problem but to provide a starting point in your quest for an answer. Alternately, if youre a bit over-weight, and your skin rubs together where the sores pop up, especially in the summer it could just be a matter of chafing and subsequent infection.
In the mean time, do your best to keep the affected areas clean and very dry. Cover them with gauze during the day if you like, but also be sure to let them be in the open air to give them additional oxygen exposure
I really feel for you.
it's am embarassing and nasty thing to have. been there, still get them from time to time, but with careful hygene, i have been able to keep them off my body, and out of the doctor's office.

it sounds like you have boils.
A servere case a butt and groin acne.
Another name for it is Foliculitis.
The hair folicule fills with oil, and the hair becomes infected, this producing an infected foliculi.

If you squeeze them they hurt like you know, and they do leave purple marks and if you do successfully squeeze them, they will tunnel and more will come.

Antibotic treatment to get the infection out of the hair folicoles.
hot water clothes will help reduce swelling and drainage.
wear cotton underware, change it 2x's a day.
Use dial soap, the deoderant and anitbacerial.the gold bar.
this will keep pespiration down.

be thankful you don't have it on your face. it's the pits.
it's embassassing. and very painful chronic problem.

it occurrs more in the hotter months.
Wear looser fitting pants, try all cotton if possible.
Use Zeasorb unmedicated powder, it absorbs sweat and when you use the Dial deodarant anti-bacterial soap you will be cleanning the bacteria, and deodarizing the area so you won't sweat so much, and the powder, just dust your skin and it really really works on obzorbing perspiration.

i know all of this because my dermo told me.

Also, when you get out of the shower, towel dry the area well.
then put the blow dryer on low, and air dry the groin area.
then apply zeazorb powder.

Do not pick or pinch or pick at these nasty things.
they do spread.

Stress, heat, no breathable clothing, being overwieght are all factors with this problem with groin and theigh boils.

i have had to see a doctor and ended up in ER with a boil the size of a silver dollar, it was green and puss, the white is staff infection, anitbotic treatment is very common.
