Could this be affecting my sleep?

Question:
I move around a lot in my sleep and I think that it may be affecting my quality of sleep. I wake up everday with the sheets bunched in the middle of my bed. I also sleep with my eyes part way open (so I've been told) Could this be affecting my sleep? What can I do to fix it?

Answers:
I dont know people who sleep with their eyes half open.that shouldnt matter..BUT moving around alot can cause a lack of REM sleep.therefore you may feel like you are not sleeping because your not falling into the deepest sleep you can...maybe you should see your doctor to get a sleep aid...that would help for awhile...
Go to your doctor and ask to see a specialist.
me think so.
smoke a fatty just before nitenite!;)
Take three shots of hennesy before you go to bed, that sould help knock you out for the night and take like two sleeping pills on top of that!
Yes, just get rid of the top sheet.
You can go to the doctor and he could give you some sleep med. Or you can go to the store and get some over the counter sleep med. Just becare what you take.
At least your still sleeping
It may possibly your getting to hot, or theres a light or sound affecting your sleep. If them are ruled out, take a visit to the doctor. (Or somebody smarter than me, lol.)
Do you feel 'rested' when you wake up, or are you 'tired' and need some time to 'get up to speed'? Moving in your sleep is normal for many ... I do it, myself. My top sheet is ALWAYS in the middle of the bed, but I share my bed with my husband, who is like a powerful space heater, so we both 'kick off the covers' and they end up between us to partially support our legs. If you don't feel 'fully rested' and that is affecting your schoolwork or job performance then I'd tell you to talk to a 'sleep specialist' ... a doctor who studies how people sleep to see if they have 'sleep apnea' and need help 'breathing' at night so they can sleep more soundly and better. Otherwise, try using a 'duvet cover' and not using a top sheet ... your bed may not be as messy, and you may sleep a bit better.
most people move around in their sleep. thats quite natural.,tho yours may be excessive. my sister sleeps with her eyes part way open also, but it doesnt seem to bother her. you should probably talk to your doctor. there could be an underlying cause for so much movement. my daughter usually ends up with her sheets totally off the bed and it doesnt seem to bother her sleep. maybe your doctor could prescribe muscle relaxants or something. good luck
