I had 2 rough workouts 2 days contained by a row, now the muscles on the front of both my thighs (I feel my quadriceps) hurt really, really, really bad! They hurt especially discouraging when I walk up or down stairs and when I hold to lower myself to or get up from a bench. I took tylenol & it didn't help at adjectives. Is there anything else I can do for this? Help!
Answers: A hot hip bath, a massage and afterwards apply some ben gay or other muscle rub.
