My outer thigh has been having this little twitch ever since I went to bed last night... It's so annoying. I know it's not my heartbeat because it keeps rapidly twitching. It seems when ever i'm sitting still, (like right now) it starts twitching. But when i'm just running around, it stops. Any suggestions on what's going on??

I get that with my eyelids sometimes. I know, it is VERY annoying. I heard that this is just caused by a small spasm in your muscle. I don't know what makes muscles do this, but I bet that if you put some heat on your thigh it might help.
might be a tight muscle or a pinched nerve. or the muscle itself could have been overexerted without you even realizing it (did you almost trip, but catch yourself?). try a hot bath or getting a massage.
