How Can I Get To Sleep?


Question:
Last night I was up and staring at the ceiling until 1:00 am, then, I woke up at noon. Tomorrow I have to wake up at 8:30am, except since I got so much sleep I am not going to be a able to get to bed.

How can I get to sleep?

Sleeping pills is not an option :(

Physical activity and a warm, high carb meal near bedtime. No caffiene- lotsa water. Benedryl never hurt anybody ;)

Try to keep your caffiene** level down. Dont really drink any soda or coffee. Some warm milk will help you fall asleep. And turkey. Good luck.
get off the computer and close your eyes! :) Try not to think about the day. Maybe something is stressing you out, even if you don't realize it. Read a great book in bed and your eyes will get tired. This always helps me!
i hope this works for u because it dose with me listen to ur favorite music take mine for example i listen to linkin park and it gets me to sleep but that's me listen to what u like.
