Question:
Answers:
yes
ya
Yep...just say "get out"...your house...your rules
You can if that's what you want to do, Or he could have left at 16 had he wanted to.
At 18 he is legally an adult and you can kick him out or whatever
Depends on the state you live in, some states require the child to be 21 before you can kick them out of the home legally, but he can move out on his own at 18. You would want to check with your local authorities before taking action.
yes the legal age is 18 but if hes in school you can claim him longer
Yes, throw the little ungrateful shitehead out on his ear! When I was turned 18, my dad told me to join the Armed Forces for room and board and to get the hell out of his hair. He gave me a 50 quid note and said I don't ever want to see you again until you at least make corporal.
Can you make him go?
Where will he go?
What happens if he moves in with a relative and they get sick of him, too?
Do you plan on staying home all the time to guard the house?
It's not as easy as it sounds.
eighteen is considered an adult, but I can't figure out why you would want to. Legally though he is an adult.
Legally (in the USA), a parent is not responsible for a child once they reach 18 years of age. Emotionally, that is a different story.
Good luck.
Why would you just tell him you will not hold him against his will and whatever the problem is work it out or seek help.Like from your church or social serves like domestic relations.Yes they need to grow up and be self sufficient but this is a process which goes in small step forward with also setbacks from time to time.
yes!! you can and good luck with that.
