Back pain?!?!?!??!?
Question:
She plays basketball
she had a b-ball game on thursday and fell
She hurt her foot nothing serious [like breaking or twisting] but it was in pain yesterday we were cleaning up the house and when she bend over to undust the table her back started hurting so now shes in ALOT of pain and her foot still kinda hurts
When she tries to move her back hurts even MORE
Im really worried about her!
The doctors are closed today so we cant take her
what should i do?!??!?!?!?! :[
The pain is in her lower back
should we take her to the hospital?!??!

It's probably fine . It's just a combination of her being sore and growing pains
she just probably needs a massage, take her to a massage therapist. The muscles in her back are tight and strained from sports.
Might be a pulled muscle but its hard to tell.If its bothering her that much then i would recommend taking her to get some xrays,just to make sure its not something more serious.And why don't you just ask your parents as well instead of asking on YouQA.com .
no hospital, that is for medical emergencies. have her take it easy, and lay around today, then yes, take her to doctor tomorrow. no more chores for her today...for sure!
Very young for lower back pain tell her to lie down till it can be checked it may be a pulled muscle but it may be worst.
Give her tylenol or advil, and try either ice or heat on her back.
And talk to your parents. They'll know if she needs to be taken to the ER or if she can wait till tomorrow when the doctor's open.

This would the best thing for u guys to do at this situation...
Tell her to lie on the floor on her back. Then pull up her knees. The roll the knees from side to side, touching the floor on either side while keeping the back on the floor. Do thi upon waking, in the day and again before be. Do about 15 times each. Then find a good Chiropractor. This is hard because so many are so mediocre. If you go and don't feel a lot better after one visit, go to another one.
