Like i dunno, sometimes i feel it coming on, and my head twitches, which happens frequently. And sometimes i would be on the computer, and my whole hand will twitch. My worst twitch, was more like a spasm, my arm flipped out and knocked my keyboard on the floor. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

call 911 next time it happens. the doctor will explain everything, if you make an appointment now.
I wouldn't freak out and call 911, its probably just something you need to see a doctor about.
