How to do a Split?? YO COM3 QUICK!!!!HURRY?

You are pushing too hard. Relax. Breathe. Try some yoga moves. DON'T TRY A SPLIT WITH COLD MUSCLES!
You are doing it all wrong. here are some tips:
Go down as far as you can stay like that for 30 seconds, always breating. breathe in breath out than as you breath out let the weight of your body bring you down a little further, keep breathing stay like that for another 30 seconds.
Dont push your self.
Breathe in than breath out as you breathe out let the weight of your body bring you down a little bit. Keep a slow breath hold for 30 seconds.
Now try the same for touching your toes and doing windmills using the same breathing tecnique. You need O2 to you muscules as you stretch. it will bring you less pain.
You probably pulled something.I used to all the time when my coach forced me to do the splits.Remember you cant learn splits over night.Well maybe if u had ur fat coach sit on you for an hour like mine did.(but dont do that )Just take a rest your muscles probably need to rest.
