I usually stay up until 1:00am or later this summer and I know its not healthy always waking up at Noon each m

Question:
Does anyone have any ideas to start waking up earlier please? i usually stay up late because i am working on a scrapbook and i can't stop, or I am drawing something and don't want to stop in the middle of it. If i try to sleep at 10 i end up laying in bed until 1:00 when i finally fall asleep. it doesnt work.
please help, thanks.

Good grief..I stay up until 1am most every night and I still get up at 7:30 during the week and 8:30 on weekends..and I'm 42. LOLOL

So, if you can't fall asleep, go right ahead and stay up until 1am.but then you HAVE to get up no later than 8am. It's because you stay in bed till noon that you can't go to sleep at a decent time. You start getting your butt out of bed no later than 8am..and soon you'll be able to go to sleep earlier at night.
I have the same problem. i usually stay up to about 5:00 am and wake up around 11:00. But what i would personally suggest is that you try doing something active during the day so you can be tired around bedtime
