Will i get a black eye?

Question:
Last night i got punched in the face right below the eye. And it looked like i had a tennis ball right under my eye. And i wake up this morning and i dont have a black eye, but it is still swollen, not as bad but it is still swollen. Will it go black once the swelling has deminished?

Answers:
It might, but don't worry about it. Just tell people you were defending yourself and people will respect the black eye.
ahmm. . . i don't think so. . . since, a night has already passed since you were hit, and there is no black eye. . . i guess, it will be only few chances that you'll have a black eye. . .

Bleeding or bruising in or around the eye. With time, the color of the bruising will change from blackish-blue to brown, green, or yellow. The bruise may spread down to your cheek as it goes away.
