It could be a couple of different things. The position in which you sit could be part of it and the vision issue can also be contribuing. Before seeing a chiroprator or dr. try a new chair or moving the screen farther away or closer. Glasses may also be needed, but try moving things around or putting a cushion on the chair first.
I use to have that problem. but i don't anymore. i went to the chiropractor and she fixed my neck and my head so now my eyes don't hurt and i don't get headaches when i read or am on the computer.
