Question:
it feels like i have a black eye, but it is normal color of skin, and it is just slightly, but barely puffy. actually you probably wouldnt tell that ists puffy. anyway, wheni blink it hurts, because it feels like a black eye/bruise. and when i touch it or press on it it also feels like a black eye/ bruise. i dont really care how to rid the pain, i just want to know what this is!

If you hit or bumped your eye, it is possible you have a sub-dermal hemetoma (forgive spelling). This means it could take a day or two to show. If the eye is itchy, it could be an infections. This is bad on two levels. Pink-eye (as described by a previous answer) is highly contagious and you also don't want an infection that close to your brain.
I would call my Primary Care Physician and describe the symptoms and let them make the decision. Hope this helps:-)
Is the area around your eyelid pink? Sounds like "pink eye" which is highly contagious!
