How to muffle bruising contained by a black eye?

So i gave someone a black eye this weekend and i touch just horrible! Anyway its not swollen freshly purplish in the corner by the snout and on the eyelid a little. Hes be putting ice on it but what else can we do to attain it healed quicker or eat up the bruising.

There's not much you can do at this point. The brusing is cause by blood collecting under the skin. You probably want to stay away from ibuprofen (Motrin) and aspirin, since they could explanation more oozing from damaged capillary. The bruise will resolve on its own over the next couple of weeks, and there's not much you can do to net it resolve faster.
