Ouch my wrist really hurts?

an ace bandage or a wrist brace especially when I'm playing volleyball or on a regular basis.
Answers:
If you're playing sports you should have it braced or wrapped at all times while you're playing. I sprained my ankle really bad years ago when I was running and now if I do anything like that, even hurrying around at work, I put an ace wrap on it or a brace of some kind.
Once you sprain something once...it'll be likely to do it again under less stress...that's just the way things are. Wrap it up, ice it down when you're done. It's never going to be 100% again...just like...when you fold a piece of paper..you can make it flat again but you can still see the fold? and the paper wants to bend there? yeah...it's just like that...sorry...
WOW a lot of typing to say your wrist is hurting. You must have the speech recognition software and spoke this question into existence. Or did someone type it for you?
And you seriously want us to give you advice to help with this so-called hurting wrist. to increase your wrist strength you should drink some wheat grass juice.
Either see a doctor, or dont move ure wrist

I used to sprain my wrist a lot in school PE and when i went horseriding. I found wearing a support regularly stopped it and eventually it got better. However I never went to the doctors and I do feel like its a bit weaker these days - I cant put my full weight on it when its flat on the floor to do a press up so I would highly recommend seeing a doctor about it.
