I haven't really had an appitite recently; can anyone give me a thought as to why?

Question:
And it's not because I'm pregnant either. -___-

Recently, for perhaps the past month, I just haven't wanted to eat anything and my stomach hasn't been complaining about it either.

Should I go see a doctor or is this normal during the summer heat?

Answers:
It is typical to have a decreased appetite due to heat. Other possibilities: stress, depression, hormones. If you start to notice a dramatic weight loss or if you start feeling fatigued all the time, go see a doctor. Otherwise, it's pretty normal for this time of year.
If it has been hot where you live, that could easily be the answer. Heat seems to kill the appetite quite a bit.

I wouldnt worry about it.I go through phases myself.
excess heat will do it,. the body craves more liquids to keep hydrated and needs less fuel, thus the drop in appetite.
Perhaps you are stressed or unhappy. Try going for a walk or doing some type of exercise.
It could very well have to do with the heat, but if this is not something that happens to you every summer it could be something else such as depression or, hell, even mono.
What I think you should do is just take a quick trip to your doctor and see what he/she has to say.
Early Appendicitis can cause this too. But it might not be.
