HELP me please?


Question:
i hit the sole of my foot outside and now i have like a blood clot bubble on my heel..what do i do? just leave it alone or pop it and let the blood out?

Answers:
Take a sharp sturdy sewing needle and pierce it on the edge.I mean where the blood blister starts.Anywhere along the edge will do,but make sure that it will drain from the prick.
Be sure to have something to soak up the blood,but that should not be too much.
You may want to ice it down before and after.That will dull the pain.
Go to the doctor when you can and dont touch it as the body clots the blood to make sure you have enough blood supply.
