Back pain!!?

Question:
I have this pain in my back, but it feels better when I sit up straight. It also hurts on my lower back too, but only on my right side. My right leg aches at times too. Sometimes the pain is where my appendix would be. What is this?

Answers:
You may have a herniated disc in your spine, which would hurt more or less depending on your position. This may be because it's pressing on the nerves. This pain could radiate out to one side of your back, down a leg or even into your abdomen. Go to your doctor; you will probably be given an MRI. Good luck
It sounds like you may have a pinched nerve somewhere. maybe a syatic nerve. Good Luck
It sounds like it could be a pinched nerve, and when you change positions the nerve is either pinched or released more so that's probably why it changes. I would go to a doctor and get it checked out.
see your doctor soon : tonite check webmd. my doctor says its ok run by real doctors if its severe go to the E R
