The campus you're going to more than likely has a clinic where you can get tested, probably for free.
Other than that, hit the yellow pages when you get there. I had to take a TB test last year and easily found a place on the yellow pages while vacationing out of state (I'm from California and was in Hawaii). Expect to pay some cash up front (around $50 American) if you go to a clinic, though.
P.S. Yellow Pages is the phone directory. You can find them in every office, home, and, if someone hasn't ruined or stolen it, public phone.
Go to your local health department I had to do the same thing for a nursing class and it cost $10.00 at my health department, if you call a doctor you will also have to pay for the visit, and the shot, plus another visit when they read your results, because you have to go back within 48hrs.
