How long after taking Adderall XR in the morning do you start to feel it working?


Question:
I just switched from Adderall to Adderall XR last week but I don't feel it working as well as the Adderall did. Do I need to go up on the dosage because it is the extended release?

Answers:
Anything you take right after you wake up is going to be more potent than waiting a few hours after you wake up. Perhaps the extended release is for it to last longer and this is why you dont feel the same effect all at one time.
