Best way to "wake your foot up" when it falls asleep...numb and tingly!?

Question:

Answers:
shaking it and walking on it helps me
it will "wake" itself up in time. and not a second sooner. Sorry there is not any quick fixes for this
that happens to me sometimes too the best thing to do is stand up and lift your leg out in the air and start shaking the heck out of it and it will eventually come back to life or start rubbing your leg that will help too that's what i do and it does help so good luck
Good Question
Stomp it on the ground really hard. IT will hurt but it normally goes away then.
I just shake it around or pound on them with my fists a little bit, or massage it some.
The 'fall asleep' feeling is the result of a pinched nerve. It will feel all tingly because it's trying to get all the feeling back into it. It's supposed to feel like that, just move your feet around a bit and it'll go away soon.

Hope this helps,
Brandi
Stretch it out, move it around, and maybe soak it in some warm water.
throw water on it.
Hmmm tingling from having the circulation cut off... ICE would make your nerves feel the cold, but warm water would improve the circulation.
I'd say stop sitting on your feet and your tootsies will stay awake on ya!

Probably doing the Hokey Pokey and shakin' it all about would do the job!
