Question:
I have this very large scar on my heel that has been there since I was a small child (I'm now 36). Until a few months ago, it never bothered me. It's kind of ugly, but it never actually hurt. The scar tissue probably goes all the way to my heel bone. The doctor dug all the way to the bone to remove glass. Now it hurts to walk. It has painful, tingling, nerve pain at times as well.
Does anyone know what might be done for this? I try to make sure I wear good shoes to eliminate as much stress on my heel as possible.
Answers:
