I feel in the stor on a weet floor , they din't hawe any sign on it ,now my arm and my ankle hurts really bad

that hapind in front of the jeulety department, I filed a costumer clame report, I really feel that it was there folt just becouse they didn't even poot any sign on the floor, plus i have a liver transplant and when i fell i cot my leg and it was bliding ,I might get some infection! Wat do I doo?

See a doctor and then file a lawsuit, especially if there is no sign. Trust me, you will be compensated.
