I just got my cartilage peirced, what is the proper way to clean it to prevent infection?

I would use isopropyl rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball or q-tip. clean it daily. you should also turn the piercing every day.

Same as you would any other piercing...keep it clean (alcohol or peroxide depending on who you talk to), keep it dry, and make sure you spin or move it. Cartilage takes longer to heal so just be aware of that.
Every night, take out the ring and rub it with peroxide and same with your ear. Make sure to do this quickly or else it could close up.
