There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, cocoanut, cocoanut water at morning especially, milk as breakfast and at bed time, rice and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

Do you wear contacts or glasses? If not, you should get them. This is what could be causing your headaches. You and your eyes are straining to see, ergo, the headaches.
Also, some people are just doomed to have headaches. My friends older sister got ungodly horrible migraines a lot, and they said there was nothing wrong with her.
Stress, not eating enough, not enough sleep, pure "luck", strained eyes...These can all apply to why you have so many headaches.
All i can say is if those mentioned above arent your problems, then you must just have a chronic headache problem.. Find a headache reliever (Excedrin: Migraine works AMAZINGLY!!) that can help you deal with them
good luck!
Assuming you wear glasses (therefore not the cause of your headaches), you may be experiencing migraines perhaps? Migraines can be triggered by numerous things in our environment and foods (aspartame, red dyes, cured meats or cigarette smoke for example). They are also hereditary so you should find out more about your family history. You should keep a journal and write about the events and the food you have eaten around the time your headache arrives. That will help you figure out what triggers your headaches so you can try to avoid them. There is prescription medicine available too if you ever find the need to use that as well.
Hi I understand where you are coming from. When I was groing up I was on the same boat. Headaches, fainted, seizures, you name it I had it. First Dr's said I had migraine, then epilepsy later hypoglucemia (low Blood sugar) so none of these docs really knew whats was going on. I slept so much do to illness and headaches that i barely remember my childhood. Its when i was about 27 when I realized it could have been low blood sugar which triggered the migraines and seizures. I had a high metabolism which i had to eat every 2 hours to keep my blood sugar up and even carry with candy at all times. seek medical attention and always get second opinions. Good luck
