Child bleed in anus?

Question:
Age 5, bleed (chery red) whenever she pass motion with soft stool & no constipation problem. Complain of stomach pain. Don't think it a good idea to have scope test at this age. Any advise?

Answers:
Take her to the pediatrician!
It could be a number of things...from internal hemorrhoids (minor) to a GI bleed or intestinal rupture (life-threatening)! She might not need a scope, they may be able to locate the source of the bleeding with radiographic tests (MRI/CT). They do have pediatric scopes that are performed if need be. Please get her checked...she's experiencing pain and she could end up with anemia or worse if the source of bleeding isn't found.
When you are dealing with a child don't wait take the kid to the doctor or you are negligent!
take them to the doctor right away
a test wouldnt hurt
Please seek medical advice.
You have to take her to the doctor! Any number of serious things could be going on. Do you really think a scope test is a worse idea than letting your kids bleed from her anus? Let the doctor decide if it's necessary or not.
This needs to be checked out ASAP. Bright red bleeding means fresh blood from the lower digestive tract. She needs to see a gastroenterologist or some other specialist ASAP. Call and get her seen now by a regular doc and get a referral to a specialist right away too.
You need to take the child to the doctor. This may be very serious and the sooner the better. Since the blood is bright red it is from bleeding in the lower intestines or colon. If you don't think it is a good idea to scope test at this age, what age do you think is appropriate? There is no minimum age for medical care. Get to the doctor's office now.
Go see a pediatrician now.
Take the little one to the doctor asap.
My neighbors daughter had a similar condition and it was found to be parasites. They raise, chickens and bunnies and have a few sheep.
rectal bleeding with soft stool, no constipation and with stomach pain...I would consult your doctor. You don't want to play around with your child's health. If maybe nothing serious, but you don't want to wait if it is more serious.
Please take the child to a doctor . Take no chances
