I have not expeirnced C (well- sort of, but that was my own issues and doesn't really count) and A and B are very simmilar (same thing if you ask me- a friend lies to me and they are stabbing me in the back) But I would say the most painful is D

C. From my experiences or D. i am the type of person that hates seeing other people in pain even if im in pain as well.. but those two hurt me the most
being set on fire with a broken heart and knife in back... ouch
I have to saying getting my heart broken hurt more than any of the other things.
C. That's the only one that ever made me weep. . . .
D. Seeing somone else in pain
People will be people. They lie and stab you in the back. It hurts but you can move on. Having your heart broken comes in second, because it's sheer pain, but you can move on. Seeing someone else in pain is the worst because you usually can't do anything about it. Esspecially in animals who are innocent of all evil.
I'd say being stabbed in the back because you treated someone like they were a real person then they turn around and treat you like a piece of ****.
Lied to: people lie all the time so i find it not as big of a deal as the others unless it is a super bad lie
Having your hearth broken: People and relationships come and they go and in the end you have to get over it because that person oviously doesn't diserve you
Seeing someone else in pain: there is not a lot you can do exspecially if they are in emotional pain and you have to let them sort it out unless you can phisically do something about it.
If any of these things have happened to you, you should tell that person how you feel and if they are still like they were then forget them and move on with you life, don't give them your power!(besides the person who is in pain, you should help then as much as you can)
