My husband is a diabetic I belive type 1 he takes 4-5 injections of insulin a day, he travel all day Wednesday and worked through the nigt, he got home at 3pm yesterday and passed out , he did not wake up till 7am this morning wich is very rare for him even running on little sleep. he has not stop throwing up since 8 am every 20 mins he cannot even hold down a glass of water his temperature is ok and i have given him dramameen and water and gatorade but he just throws it up straight up. First i thought food posioning but he is only vomitting, are there any drs that may have any answers before we rush off to the E.R I am worried he is not eating *** his blood sugar could really drop low and with diabetes that is bad, Please help. Serious answers only please. Thank you.

Has he had his appendix removed? My little brother started vomiting all the sudden when his appendix burst!
Check his blood sugar RIGHT AWAY, then take him straight to the ER if it is normal. Have them do a XRay of his body to check out his appendix. (sorry if I spelled that wrong)
If nothing is working you should go go go ...ER call and let them know..you know as well as I do how serious diabetes is.
Check his blood sugar now!! he could be in DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis) this can kill him! If his blood sugar is high then you must go now. If it is normal (70-120) give small sips of gatorade frequently and check blood sugar frequently. if vomiting last more than one day without being able to keep down fluids at all then he must go to the ER
