I got a pretty bad nosbleed it lasted about 20 mins weird thing was my eye same side turned red is that bad?

If you had broken blood vessels in your nose, you may also have had some in your eye. Since your eye's fluids are ultimately carried away through the tear ducts and into the nasal cavities, it's not terribly unlikely that the bit of bleeding in your eye's blood vessels may have backed up a bit and been visible in the eye. Unless the eye is still red in 24 hours, I wouldn't be concerned. If it IS still red, then it would be a good idea to see your doctor, just to be on the safe side.
