When i strech my tongue out to the left or right and i look to the side of my tongue abit its grey... I dont know if these are veins or what? Are veins under your tongue supposed to be grey?

The skin underneath the toung is a shade of grey or while with pink. It is just the way the skin under the tounge is. The grey that you think is vein may be muscle popping up from how you are stretching the tounge. Underneath that, it isnt uncommon to see blue and pink of veins through the skin or popping out.
