Answers:
Put a couple of drops of lavender oil on your pillow. Make sure your room isn't too cold or too warm and have a warm milky drink, try horlicks or ovaltine. It worked for me.
i can get you to fall asleep :]
What helps me to go to sleep is a nice warm bath, before i go to sleep, then after that i usually turn on the TV and then i eventually doze off.
Exercise in the morning, drink a glass of warm milk right before bedtime (not cold, heat it up in the microwave or stovetop) and have a great orgasm... this combo meal should do the trick
Sucks! Sorry you can't sleep. OK, this sounds weird, but re-arrange your bedroom if you can. I have had awful bouts of insomnia, and sometimes changing your environment helps.

Or try Valerian root. It is a herb you can pick up at your local health food store. Try the liquid form in a little water, directions are on the bottle. It is really light, and just helps you fall asleep. It won't make you feel weird, just like you had a glass of wine. Talk to the person in the vitamin section at your local health food section, they might have other suggestions too. Good luck!
do some simple exercise, don't drink beverages with caffeine(coffee, soda etc.). avoid thinking of unnecessary things just concentrate imagining that you are in the universe.
