To get the sting out and reduce some redness, soak in apple cider vinegar. I know it sounds stinky, but it works!! Hope I've helped!
hmm maybe makeup dont wear anything that will make the red stand
I always use OCEAN POTION INSTANT BURN RELIEF ICE. It works great. And feels soooo good. It has aloe vera, lidocaine, and tea tree extract. You can buy it at Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens really any drug store. The liquid is blue and it is cool to the skin. It has kept me from peeling so bad and within a couple of days the red is gone. Hope this helps!
I do not know if you can get rid of it, but one way to help you feel more comfortable is to use a spray called Solarcaine with Lidocaine in it. It is a spray that has a pain killer in it. It feels so good- it instantly cools your skin. You can get it at a local drug store. Hope you feel better!
Unfortunately, you can't get rid of the burn "fast". There are some things you should do, however, to stop the burning process and relieve the pain.
Soak the affected skin in cool (not cold) water for as long as you can. Ideally, you don't want your skin to feel hot or extremely warm anymore- you want the temperature of your skin to return to normal (if your skin is still warm, you're still "cooking").
When you have cooled your skin, apply aloe vera to the burn. Stay out of the sun and drink plenty of cool water over the next few days (burns cause major water loss through the skin, and dehydration from burns can be very serious).
Also, if you develope severe blisters, have a headache, nasuea, vomiting, dizziness, or extreme lethargy get yourself to a doctor- these are signs of sun poisoning and/or heat stroke.
Deal with the pain with some aftersun lotion.
it doesnt go away very fast but to help the pain here are a few tips.
take a cold shower before the pain starts to hurt more. taking a shower helps relieve pain and takes away the heat from your body.
go out and buy some aloe vera gel and lather it on your sun burn . this is very helpful.
next try not to put much clothing of your sun burn. hopefully none at all but if u have to nothing itchy and thr clothing must be very light.
then go into an air conditioned room for a long time to help take away the heat and try not to lay on your sunburn.
lastly drink a ton of water to keep yourself hydreated.
also next time use sunscreen
good luck and make my answer the best
