What is going on with my healh?

Question:
A couple of weeks ago I passed out in a store. No one could bring me around right away. I could hear everyone but they seemed far away like they were in a tunnel. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital. All their tests were normal. They said that I needed to follow up with a family doctor and a cardiologist. That I should have a stress test. I have no health insurance.
The next day I felt like I was going to pass out again and my blood pressure/pulse were up.
Last Monday, I was at home and felt like I was going to pass out and it was hard to talk because of the stiffness on the left side of my face. That side of my face was twitching as well. I was fine in the ER until I had to stand up then I would almost pass out again. Again their tests were normal and after a while I was feeling fine. They said I needed to follow up with a family doctor.

Answers:
Make the first available appointment with the Neurologist.
Explain to the reception staff that there have been multiple episodes and I'm sure they will get you in ASAP.
Good luck -- and follow through quickly.
You need to see a doctor immediately whether you have insurance or not. There are several conditions that could cause these things to happen but you need a diagnosis and treatment. You are playing roulette with your life. Get to a doctor.
just keep persuing this and with help from the doctorsyou will find out what is wrong. i have no clue but its serious and could be something of what they toldyou but keep the faith and take care.
This is nothing to fool around with. I am not a doctor but any time you have facial numbness or trouble with speech there is definatly something going on. Take care of yourself.
