I have been boxing sparring 2 times this week and have had a headache for the last 24 hours, is this normal?

Spared again on Thursday, stupidly: how a few punches, devdloped headache.
Have dull but annoying headache all day.

Yes, this is normal when you get hit in the face or head to get headaches. You should go to the doctor to get checked out for damages to your brain and other organs.
i cant tell you for sure if it is normal or not but i can tell you that you are not the only one who goes through it. when i was sparring all the time i used to get some rather annoying headaches never all that painful just a major pain in the rear.
Probably not normal, see a doctor or suffer the consequences!
No,it is not normal.Any time that you take shots to the head,you are injuring something.This may be a concussion.
If I were you,I would cease and desist with the sparing.
Think about where the term "punch drunk" came from.
It is from boxing injuries to the head/brain and it is permanent.
It is not worth it,spar with a speed bag.
