You need to go get it x-rayed to know if you did any damage. No one on here can have a clue if it damaged or not without seeing some x-rays. GO see a doc.
You might just be sore from the fall. If you did break your tailbone it would hurt when you sit.

You might have just bruise your tail bone, once my boss fell on the corner of a church bench and broke her tail bone, she could not sit down at all and was having a hard time walking and in a lot of pain, thats how she knew it was broken. If you are able to sit down, your probably bruised it, but I would still go have an xray did to make sure that you did not break anytime Its better to be safe than sorry.

If you broke your tailbone, you would be in excruciating pain. You are probably just bruised.
you might have just bruised your tail bone,if it is fractured,it will probably heal by itself,take some advil, it should start feeling better soon.
if you have a broken tailbone it would hurt if you sat down or really any time you move your body, so your butt is just probably bruised
If you can sit slouched, have normal bowel movements, and are not having sharp pain, the odds are you did not fracture the coccyx. If you did, it probably will not require treatment aside from use of a donut cushion.
On the other hand, if you are having pain radiating from the low back or buttocks into the legs, there may be injury to a disc or vertebrae.
soreness in the thighs on walking fast makes no sense relative to coccyx trauma.
Keep walking and live a normal life unless pain is stronger than you are describing. Lumps and bumps are part of life, and not everything is a clearcut diagnosis.
you'll know when your tailbone is broken. if your tailbone was broken, you couldn't walk to sit down without being in excruciating pain.
