Clean the area with antibacterial soap, making sure you work the ring through the hole as you are cleaning it. Do this at least 2-3 times a day. Also applying a little Tea Tree oil on the area will aid in it healing faster. Popping the puss blister is only opening the skin that is trying to heal. On the average it takes about 9 mos for a belly ring to heal properly. Remember you had a chunk of skin punched out of your belly region and like any deep wound it takes time to heal from the inside out. Also make sure that your shorts/pants/skirt waistline is not rubbing the ring in any manner as this can cause the ring to rub the blister more. When you popped the puss blister you allowed that area to be suspectible for infection which is what you have now. Under no circumstance are you to use Hydrogen Peroxide for this will eat the healing flesh. Peroxide should only be used at the very begin of a wound and not any other time. If it doesn't start to show signs of healing within 10-14 days, I hate to tell you this but you have to take the ring out, see a doctor so he can prescribe some antibiotics to clear out the infection. Good luck
I think you have a first rate infection. My suggestion is to remove the ring first. Then apply some antibiotic cream. You can buy that at the drugstore without a prescription. Get a nice strong one. You need it to cure this. Theres a possibility that the hole will close up as it heals and you wont be able to use a belly button ring in future. Cant be helped. You got to get well first. Never again pop puss blisters. Its the sure way to infect the wound. If after a few days you are not better then its a doctor visit.
Wash it using warm water and anti bacterial soap. Put a topical antibiotic cream on it. Dont use the sea salt. It'll heal in few weeks...just keep it clean and dry and try not to irritate it.
Do not poke the blister! It's sealed in there for a reason, leave it be. Remove the ring and douche the hole with whatever you normally use to clean it, sterilize the ring and then put it back in. Do this regularly until the condition is back to normal.
